Directed end-to-end Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) activities and acquisition financial management efforts supporting Army modernization portfolios valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Provided executive-level financial analyses and decision support that enabled leadership to evaluate affordability, portfolio performance, execution risk, schedule impacts, and investment trade-offs across complex acquisition portfolios. Integrated financial execution data, program performance metrics, acquisition schedules, and risk assessments to inform resource allocation decisions and strengthen accountability for taxpayer-funded investments. Consistently translated highly technical engineering, logistics, sustainment, and acquisition information into actionable insights that supported informed decision-making at senior leadership levels.
